Engagement: Candy + Philip

Trams in Hong Kong have not only been a form of transport for over 100 years, but also a major tourist attraction and one of the most environmentally friendly mass transit systems. It is the solely exclusively double-decker operated tram system in the world.

The tram reminds me some really great and sweet memories of my own.

so does the horse racecourse in Happy Valley.

When Candy and I first talked about her engagement shooting, I suggested the watercolor idea that I had wanted to do for so long, but never got the chance. I was thrilled when she said they were up for it.
I am squatting and sweating in the balcony while they are happily putting paints on the window in the living room with the AC on. BUT all the sweat and muscle pain are well worth it when the photos come out exactly what I want =)

“Before the photo shooting, Kathy had already given us great and creative suggestions as to where and how we could take some photos.

It was almost surreal when we saw our photos. Kathy had captured the feelings and the beauty in every photo. We seriously are very impressed – especially both of us are not photogenic!

Kathy has an innate ability to capture special moments in an unobtrusive way. She brings a unique perspective that is unparalleled. We appreciated Kathy’s efforts to capture ourselves in a candid, yet artistic manner – this is just the style we like!

We absolutely love the photos, and have received many compliments from our family and friends!” From Candy & Philip.

Thank you Candy and Philip once again for their beautiful testimonial as well as for this trip down my memory lane. I wish you two have a happy and memorable wedding in Bali!

With warm regards,
Kathy
